Domestic US/Canada Dealership Opportunities

We are looking for companies that:

• Network in the marine product area.
• Have in depth knowledge of their local market.
• Are capable of promoting the product primarily to their local or regional market.
• Are willing to work on a long term, win-win basis with Lake Lite Inc.

Pricing & Quantity Information:

• Minimum first time order requirements!
• Minimum first time order 32 lights, eg. 16 2pks. (1 master case)
• Must purchase lights in intervals of master cases (16 2pks)
• No maximum quantity limit.
• Net 30 Terms, Check Payments Required.
• PO's are excepted but not necessary.

Distribution Requirements:

• Must run some form of business such as; (store, marina, online shop, retail catalog, etc.)
• Must sell to customers in some manner. (No selling to other marinas, stores, etc.) If you have multiple store outlets that is perfectly fine.
• Must sell directly to consumers as shown below.

In order to keep our end prices low we only offer our products through the following structure. Simply put we do not accept middle men between us and our dealers. Taking chances with new products shouldn't mean dealing with middle men and higher prices!

INTERNATIONAL DEALERSHIP & DISTRIBUTION OPPORTUNITIES:

Lake Lite Inc. would like to extend the invention for companies associated with the Marine Industry to become involved with our products. Outside of the US & CANADA we offer you the chance to become a Lake Lite Dealer in which you may sell products directly to consumers/customers. We also offer the chance for you to become a distributor in which you may build your own Dealer network in your respected country and or region. Distributorships do however require larger quantity purchases than do dealerships.
